Meet Rina
Rina Camhi
Rina Camhi is an ambitious, kind, front-line leader who links arms with the people around her. A natural quiet influencer, she has always led from the trenches, never needing outside applause or recognition. She makes every decision knowing her kids are watching how she works, leading with integrity and resolving challenges for her own highest good and the highest good of those around her.
Her leadership is grounded in a strong academic and professional foundation. She holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from South Texas College of Law. She also earned the Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) designation to further sharpen her negotiating abilities as she built her real estate businesses.
For the first part of her life, Rina lived high-strung and high-anxiety, until cancer stopped her in her tracks. That pivotal moment showed her what truly matters: life, family, balance, and achievement guided by wisdom and a commitment to paying it forward. She slowed down and began leading her personal life along the path of least resistance, and remarkable breakthroughs began to unfold. Today she is on a mission to bring that philosophy into the workplace.
Rina believes that taking the path of least resistance leads to long-term, sustainable growth. She is the author of The Path of Least Resistance Framework: A People Ops Guide to Flow, Belonging, and Play at Work, which explains how most workplaces are still built around business practices from the Industrial Revolution and offers a better way forward. By aligning three core philosophies, organizations can connect their goals with the way the mind is naturally wired, restructure the flow of the workday, and make sure people are having fun, becoming more productive and developing leaders along the way.
